Admissions

To apply for the Three Year Certificate Program at Act Hollywood - Theatre of Arts, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

Requirements for Enrollment:
Complete the Application form. Click here to download form

1. Provide 2 letters of recommendation.
2. Provide a copy of your high school diploma (or its equivalent) or college transcripts.
3. Write a 2-page personal essay (typed and double spaced) and submit it along with your completed application form.
4. Pay the $100 non-refundable application fee.

Once your completed application is submitted you will be scheduled for a private audition. The audition will consist of one 2 to 5 minute monologue.
